| 目的 总结子宫肌壁间妊娠的超声声像图特征,探讨阴道三维超声对子宫肌壁间妊娠的诊断价值。 方法 结合手术及病理结果,综合国内外有关文献,回顾4 例子宫肌壁间妊娠患者经阴道三维超声检查结果,总结其声像图特点,分析误诊原因。 结果 4例患者中3例经阴道三维超声诊断正确,1例经阴道二维超声误诊为宫角妊娠,该例经阴道三维超声复查后提示子宫肌壁间妊娠。结论 阴道三维超声对子宫肌壁间妊娠的诊断有重要价值。 |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To summarize the ultrasound characteristics of intramural pregnancy and evaluate the diagnostic value of vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound．Methods Intramural pregnancy was diagnosed by vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and confirmed by surgery and pathological examination in 4 patients .The ultrasound characteristics of intramural pregnancy was summerized and analyze the reason of misdiagnose .Resuts Among the 4 cases, 3 of them were diagnosed correctly, 1 of them was misdiagnosed by vaginal ultrasound and be correctly diagnosed by vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound after 4 days later.Conlusion Vaginal three-dimensional ultrasound is of high value in the diagnosis of intramural pregnancy． |
