Application of Real-time Distance Teaching based on Intelligent and Portable Cloud Technology for Color Doppler on Improving Ultrasonic Practice Ability of Clinical Students

ABSTRACT: Objective To explore the effect of real-time distance teaching system based on intelligent and portable cloud technology for colour doppler on improving ultrasonic practice ability of clinical students . Methods Ninety-three students majored in naval clinical medicine,grade 2015 of our university were divided into two groups according to the learn number, 47 students with odd number in the distance practical teaching group and 46 students with even number in the control group in the traditional practical teaching. All of the students were studied in the course of centralized ultrasound theory,and the learning effect of the two teaching methods was compared and evaluated. Results Compared with the traditional teaching control group, the distance practical teaching group was tested in ultrasonic practical skills.The examination of ultrasonic practical skills and practical teaching satisfaction were higher and the differences were significant statistically(all P < 0.05). Conclusion Distance practical teaching can improve the students'' interest in ultrasonic practice course and their professional practice ability
