| 糖尿病周围神经病变（diabetic peripheral neuropathy DPN) 是糖尿病的一种隐匿且长期的并发症，DPN主要是通过临床症状、体征和电生理检查来诊断，其中，诊断DPN的金标准是电生理检查。但电生理检查存在许多限制性。近年来，超声逐渐成为了临床诊断糖尿病周围神经病变的一种辅助方法。本文就超声在DPN的研究进展上做一综述。 |

| Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is an insidious and long-term complication of diabetes，and DPN is mainly diagnosed by clinical symptoms, signs and electrophysiological studies. The gold standard for diagnosis of DPN is electrophysiological studies. However, there are many limitations in the electrophysiological studies. In recent years, ultrasound has gradually become an supplementary method for clinical diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. This article reviews the progress of ultrasound in DPN. |
