| 【】目的：探讨小儿肾透明细胞肉瘤（clear cell sarcoma of kidney，CCSK）超声图像特征及其诊断价值。方法：回顾性总结18例 经手术与病理证实的CCSK患儿的超声表现及临床资料，分析其声像图特点及超声诊断准确性。结果：18例肿瘤均为单发，超声表现为中等回声9例、中等偏强回声6例、中等偏低回声3例；5例实质性，13例伴大小不等无回声区（6例为囊实混合性病变，7例为实质性病变含少许液性成分）；14例可见残肾，伴肾盂分离6例；4例跨越中线；7例病灶内见较丰富血流，2例血流丰富，其余未见明确血流；2例可见血流抱球征。11例行CT检查均发现肿块，仅1例提示CCSK不除外。结论：CCSK与肾母细胞瘤图像表现相似，超声及CT均鉴别困难，超声安全无辐射，可作为筛选肾透明细胞肉瘤的首选影像学检查方法和随访观察方法。 |

| Objective: To explore the ultrasonographic features and ultrasonographic diagnostic value of clear cell sarcoma of kidney (CCSK) in children. Methods: Analysis ultrasound imaging data and ultrasound''s diagnostic value of 18 patients with pathologically confirmed CCSK retrospectively. Results: 18cases were all single, 9 cases showed moderate echoes, 6 cases showed moderately strong, 3 cases showed moderately low echoes; 7 cases were solid, 13 of which were accompanied with echogenic areas of varying sizes(6 cases were cystic mixed lesions, 7 cases were substantial lesions containing a little liquid component). 14 cases showed residual kidney，6 cases showed separated renal pelvis；4 cases crossed the midline；7 cases were rich in blood flow, 2 cases were rather rich in blood flow, the rest did not see exactly blood flow; 2 cases showed vascular bulging sign. 11 cases gone CT examination, and only 1 case suggested that CCSK could not be excluded. Conclusion: The images of CCSK and nephroblastoma are similarity. Ultrasound and CT are both difficult to identify CCSK. Ultrasound is safer and radiation-free. It can be used as the first choice of imaging method to identify and follow-up CCSK. |
