| 【】目的 探讨胎儿期肺动脉闭锁合并室间隔缺损的超声心动图特征。方法 回顾性分析并总结产前超声心动图可疑肺动脉闭锁合并室间隔缺损并引产,尸体解剖证实的资料。结果 胎儿期肺动脉闭锁合并室间隔缺损的超声表现(1)直接征象：二维图像显示主肺动脉内径细窄或未能探及,彩色多普勒探及主肺动脉内由动脉导管逆灌的血流信号或者未能探及肺动脉内动脉导管逆灌血流信号；室间隔缺损；(2)间接征象：主动脉增宽骑跨、降主动脉周围探及体-肺动脉侧支形成。结论 产前超声心动图对胎儿肺动脉闭锁合并室间隔缺损具有较高的诊断准确率。 |

| To investigate the echocardiographic features of fetal pulmonary artery atresia with ventricular septal defec(PA-VSD) during fetal period. Methods The pathomorphology of fetal specimens with PA-VSD were detected.Prenatal echocardiographic images were analysed retrospectively. Result：the ultrasonographic findings of PA-VSD of fetus were as follows:(1) direct signs: major pulmonary artery and its main branches dysplasia which were showed color flow reverse from ductus arteriosus to pulmonary artery with CDFI or pulmonary artery absent， ventricular septal defect（2）indirect signs:aorta dextroposition and overriding.major aortopulmonary collateral artery formed around descending aorta.Conclusion There is higher accuracy of prenatal echocardiography in diagnosing fetal PA-VSD. |
