Tubal teratoma is rare clinically, among which pedunculated teratoma of tubal fimbria is rare, and articles about its ultrasonic manifestations are very less. Ultrasonography can assist in diagnosis, provide lesion size, internal composition, and changes in adjacent tissues. Postoperative pathological examination is required for diagnosis. This article describes the ultrasound findings of mature teratoma of tubal fimbria.
