Abstract:? The main imaging method of monitoring postoperative complications after renal transplantation is ultrasonography （US）,including gray-scale US, Doppler US, contrast-enhanced US and ultrasound elastography. In order to raise awareness and conduct further research, this article reviews the application and new progress of US in monitoring postoperative complications after renal transplantation.
