目的 应用超声剪切波弹性成像技术(SWE)获取静脉畸形硬化治疗前后的杨氏模量值变化,探讨其在评估静脉畸形硬化治疗后的临床疗效。方法 选取经临床确诊且行MRI、常规超声检查的门诊或住院静脉畸形患者30例为研究对象,所有研究对象在硬化治疗前、治疗后1周、治疗后1月均行常规超声及SWE检查记录相关参数值,讨论SWE在静脉畸形硬化治疗后疗效评估中的临床应用价值。结果 ①与常规超声相比较,SWE对静脉畸形血管硬化治疗后评价灵敏度更高。②SWE反应出静脉畸形硬化治疗后1月病灶的硬度变大,与周围组织的硬度比值变大,治疗前后对比有差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SWE能有效评估静脉畸形硬化治疗后的临床疗效,具有一定的临床应用价值,且操作简便,易于实施,建议采用。 |

Application of shear wave elastography in evaluating the efficacy of sclerotherapy for venous malformations |

Abstract: |
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of ultrasound shear wave elastography (SWE) on venous malformation sclerosis. Methods 30 patients with venous malformations who were clinically diagnosed and examined by MRI and conventional ultrasound were selected as the study subjects. All the subjects were examined by conventional ultrasound and SWE before, 1 week and 1 month after sclerotherapy to record the relevant parameters. The effect of SWE in the evaluation of venous malformations after sclerosis treatment was discussed for Clinical application value. Results Compared with conventional ultrasound, SWE was more sensitive in evaluating venous malformation after vascular sclerosis treatment. (2) SWE showed that the hardness of venous malformation sclerosis lesions increased in 1 month after treatment, and the hardness ratio of the lesion to surrounding tissues increased. There were significant differences between before and after treatment (P < 0.05). Conclusion SWE can effectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of venous malformation sclerosis after treatment, and has a certain clinical value, and simple operation, easy to implement, it is recommended to adopt. |
