Abstract:Heart transplantation is the preferred treatment for end-stage heart disease, but the complications after transplantation will seriously affect cardiac function. Echocradiography can effectively evaluate the morphological structure and function of transplanted heart, the two-dimensional speckle tracking technique can be used to monitor the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of transplanted heart quantitatatively, detect minute change of myocardial movement and cardiac function in a timely manner, which can provide valuable information for guiding clinical treatment plans .This paper reviews the evaluation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of transplanted heart by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging.
