| 心脏移植是治疗终末期心脏病的首选治疗方法,而移植术后的并发症将严重影响患者心脏功能。超声心动图能准确评价移植心脏的形态结构和功能,其中二维斑点追踪技术可定量动态监测移植心脏左心室收缩及舒张功能的变化,及时发现心肌运动及心功能的微小变化,为临床制定合理的治疗方案提供有价值的信息。本文就二维斑点追踪技术对移植心脏左心室功能变化的评价进行综述。 |

| Heart transplantation is the preferred treatment for end-stage heart disease, but the complications after transplantation will seriously affect cardiac function. Echocradiography can effectively evaluate the morphological structure and function of transplanted heart, the two-dimensional speckle tracking technique can be used to monitor the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of transplanted heart quantitatatively,detect minute change of myocardial movement and cardiac function in a timely manner, which can provide valuable information for guiding clinical treatment plans .This paper reviews the evaluation of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of transplanted heart by two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. |
