| 先天性血管环是一种罕见的弓动脉畸形，其胚胎学发育机制复杂，表现形式多样,部分血管环畸形可合并染色体异常，产前超声诊断困难。超声心动图作为临床常用的胎儿心脏检查方法，在先心病的筛查和诊断中发挥重要作用。本文对胎儿血管环的二维及三维超声诊断的特点以及该病的鉴别诊断及预后等方面进行综述。 |

| Current status of prenatal ultrasonography in diagnosing fetal congenital vascular rings |

| Congenital vascular ring is a rare malformation of aortic arch anomalies. The embryonic development of vascular rings is complex with diverse forms. In addition, vascular rings may associate with chromosome abnormalities. It is challenging for obstetric sonographers to make a correct diagnosis. As commonly used in cardiac examination, fetal echocardiography plays a key role in the screening and diagnosis of congenital heart disease. In the current review, we summarized the prenatal diagnosis of vascular ring by two and three-dimensional echocardiography. The differential diagnosis and prognosis of this rare abnormality were also commented. |
