| 近年来，2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM)发病率在我国逐年增长，其心血管疾病的发病风险很高，是严重的并发症之一，早期发现心脏功能的异常并进行有效的干预，可延缓或避免危险事件的发生。超声心动图具有其简便、无创、廉价、迅速、准确等优点，可为糖尿病的诊断及治疗方案的制定提供了有力的依据，为探究其应用于T2DM的研究进展，笔者进行了系统综述。 |

| Abstract:In recent years, the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM) has been increasing year by year in China, and its risk of cardiovascular disease is very high, which is one of the serious complications, early detection of abnormal cardiac function and effective intervention can delay or avoid theoccurrence of dangerous events. Echocardiography is simple,non-invasive,inexpensive,rapid and accurate,it can provide a powerful basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes mellitus. To explore the research progress of its application in T2DM, we madea systematic review. |
