目的 应用二维分层应变超声心动图评估潜阳育阴法改善高血压亚临床损害的效果。方法 原发性高血压患者41例,其中对照组17例,试验组24例。两组患者均予以常规西药基础降压治疗。试验组在西药基础上加用口服潜阳育阴颗粒10g tid,对照组不予以中药制剂。两组均干预6个月并且干预前后均行经胸超声心动图检查。图像导入EchoPAC工作站分析,获取常规参数及左室心内膜层纵向应变(LSendo)、心中膜层纵向应变(LSmid)和心外膜层纵向应变(LSepi),并进行统计学分析。结果 试验组LSendo、LSmid和LSepi治疗后均显著高于治疗前及对照组(P<0.01);试验组LSendo、LSmid改善差值高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 潜阳育阴颗粒可以有效地改善高血压亚临床心肌损害;二维分层应变技术在评估高血压患者早期心肌损伤方面及药物干预效果方面有重要应用价值。 |

purpose Two-dimensional layer-specific strain echocardiology evalues the effect of qianyangyuyin(QYYY) granules in subclinical damage of hypertension.Methods There were 41 patients with essential hypertension, including 17 in the control group and 24 in the experimental group. Patients in both groups were treated with conventional western medicine. Experiment group was given oral administration of QYYY granules 10g tid. on this basis. Control group did not give QYYY granules. Both groups were observed for 6 months and underwent transthoracic echocardiography before and after the intervention. The image was imported into the EchoPAC workstation for analysis, left ventricular endocardial longitudinal strain((LSendo)、 mid-myocardial longitudinal strain(LSmid)and epicardial longitudinal strain(LSepi)and the general parameters were obtained,and then statistical analysis was performed.Results LSendo、LSmid and LSepi in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The improvement difference of LSendo and LSmid in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05)。Conclusion The subclinical myocardial damage in hypertensive patients can be effectively improved by shingyangyuyin granules. The two-dimensional layer-specific strain echocardiology has important application value in the evaluation of early myocardial injury and the effect of pharmacological intervention. |
