| 【】H型高血压是心血管疾病的重要危险因素,高同型半胱氨酸血症与高血压对心脏的影响具有协同作用。高血压早期即可出现左房结构、功能的变化,进一步发展将会导致左室肥厚、舒张功能障碍最终导致心衰。左房功能障碍严重影响发病率和死亡率,而常规超声心动检查容易低估高血压早期患者心脏结构和功能的异常。本文将对H型高血压对心脏的影响以及常规超声心动图结合超声新技术对H型高血压心脏结构、功能的影响进行综述。 |

| 【】H-type hypertension is an important risk factor for cardiovascular disease.Hyperhomocysteinemia and hypertension have a synergistic effect on the heart.Changes in left atrial structure and function can occur in early stage of hypertension, and further development will lead to left ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction leading to heart failure. Left atrial dysfunction severely affects morbidity and mortality,but conventional echocardiography often underestimate abnormalities in cardiac structure and function in patients with early hypertension. This article reviews H-type hypertension; the effects of H-type hypertension on the heart and the technical advances in echocardiography on cardiac structure and function. |
