| 超声医学是超声学与医学结合、将超声技术应用于医学各部门而形成的学科，兼备诊断和治疗。因此，超声医学住院医师规范化培训既要有广度，还需兼顾深度，需要有针对性、有侧重点地设计个性化的培训方案和培训方法。同时要注重职业素养、沟通合作及教学能力的培养。本文详细阐述了陆军军医大学大坪医院超声医学住院医师规范化培训新模式的构建，及其在实际中的实施应用和取得的成绩与不足，目的在于更好地培养综合能力符合要求的超声医学住院医师。 |

| Ultrasound medicine o various departments of medicine, with both diagnosis and tis a subject formed by combining ultrasound with medicine and applying ultrasound technology treatment,Therefore, the standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents should have both breadth and depth, and personalized training programs and methods should be designed with pertinence and emphasis.At the same time, we should pay attention to the cultivation of professional accomplishment, communication and cooperation and teaching ability.This paper describes in detail the construction of a new standardized training model for ultrasonic medical residents in Daping Hospital, Military Medical University,And its practical application, achievements and shortcomings,The aim is to better train ultrasonic medical specialists with comprehensive abilities that meet the requirements. |
