| 糖尿病是一种以血糖升高为特征的代谢性疾病，可导致多种并发症，其中糖尿病心肌病等心血管并发症是糖尿病患者发生心力衰竭甚至死亡的主要原因。超声心动图技术具有无创、便捷等特点，可以全方位多角度评价糖尿病患者的早期心脏损害，为临床干预提供依据，对改善预后具有重要作用。本文对超声心动图技术评价糖尿病患者心脏损害研究进展进行综述。 |

| Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose, which can lead to a variety of complications, among which cardiovascular complications such as diabetic cardiomyopathy are the main causes of heart failure and even death in diabetic atients. With the characteristics of non-invasive and convenient,echocardiographic techniques can evaluate the early heart damage of diabetes mellitus comprehensively, which also play an important role in providing evidence for clinical intervention and improving the prognosis. The progress of echocardiographic techniques in assessment of cardiac damage in diabetes mellitus were reviewed in this article. |
