| 体外膜肺氧和是一种心肺支持技术，通过转流出进入右心房的血液在体外进行氧和后重新输入体内，在中短期内对心肺功能的恢复进行支持辅助。ECMO的应用已在越来越多心肺重症患者的治疗中体现出了优势，而超声以其准确、便捷的优势提供在ECMO支持期间的监测需要。本文通过超声在ECMO应用期间对插管、心功能评估及对并发症的监测，介绍目前超声在VA和VV ECMO治疗中的应用现况。 |

| extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) is a cardiopulmonary support technique，through the blood that flows out of the right atrium is oxygenated outside the body and then reinfused into the body.The application of ECMO has shown its advantages in the treatment of more and more severe cardiopulmonary patients in the short and medium term. Ultrasound provides the monitoring needs during the period of ECMO support with its advantages of accuracy and convenience. This article introduces the current application of ultrasound in the treatment of VA and VV ECMO through the monitoring of intubation, cardiac function and complications during the application of ultrasound in ECMO. |
