目的分析肺动脉瓣M型频谱形态评价肺动脉高压与根据三尖瓣口反流束压差估测肺动脉高压之间的相关性。方法选取2016年12月至2018年8月间我院收治的50例肺动脉高压患者及50例精神科躯体健康患者作为研究对象,对患者采用扫查肺动脉瓣M型频谱形态与三尖瓣口反流束压差检查并分析指标间相关性。结果肺高压组患者肺动脉内径、右心房左右径及ACTpv均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05);肺高压组患者PAWPA明显低于健康对照组,且差异存统计学意义(P<0.05),且肺动脉高压患者与健康者M型频谱形态存明显差异;肺动脉瓣M型频谱形态与ACTpv呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05),与PASP呈显著负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论肺动脉瓣M型频谱形态与三尖瓣口反流束压差的ACTpv呈显著正相关关系,与PASP呈明显负相关关系。 |

Abstract: |
[s]PurposesTo analyze the correlation between the M-mode spectrum of pulmonary valve and the estimation of pulmonary hypertension based on the tricuspid orifice regurgitation beam pressure difference.MethodsFifty patients with pulmonary hypertension and 50 healthy persons admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects. The correlation between the M-mode spectrum of pulmonary valve and the pressure difference scanning of tricuspid orifice regurgitation beam was analyzed.Results The pulmonary artery diameter, right atrial diameter and ACTpv in patients with pulmonary hypertension were significantly higher than those in healthy control group (P<0.05); PAWPA in patients with pulmonary hypertension was significantly lower than that in healthy control group (P<0.05), and there were significant differences in M-type spectrum between patients with pulmonary hypertension and healthy people; there was a significant positive correlation between M-type spectrum of pulmonary valve and ACTpv (P<0.05). There was a significant negative correlation with PASP (P<0.05).Conclusions There was a significant positive correlation between the M-type spectrum of pulmonary valve and ACTpv of tricuspid regurgitation beam pressure difference, and a significant negative correlation with PASP. |
