| 超声医学住院医师规范化培训是一种需要将临床医学与超声影像学融会贯通的培训过程，在这个过程中，超声医师作为带教导师，需要同时完成临床工作与教学任务，而规培学员则要掌握超声理论知识与操作技能。面对目前超声医学住院医师规范化培训中存在的一些常见问题，如超声医师临床工作量大难以兼顾教学任务、规培学员学习内容多、学习效果欠佳等，本文结合超声医学专业知识、超声新技术及本住培基地的实际条件，以乳腺超声规范化培训为突破点，构建出一套引入ABVS的翻转课堂，能让规培学员快速将临床医学、超声影像学等知识串联起来，较好、较快地理解乳腺超声图像及其所表达的临床意义，促进超声医学住院医师规范化培训质量的提升。 |

| The application of the flipped classroom with ABVS in the standardized training of breast ultrasound |

| The standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents is a training process that requires the integration of clinical medicine and ultrasonic imaging. In this process, ultrasonic physicians, as instructors, need to complete clinical work and teaching tasks at the same time, while the trainees need to master the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of ultrasound. In the face of some common problems showed in this training procedure, such as the clinical workload of sonographeris is too huge to balance the teaching mission, the learning effect is not good enough，this paper combined the ultrasonic knowledge with the new technology of ultrasound and the actual condition of this training base, take the standardized training of breast ultrasound as the breakthrough point，come up with a set of flip class which brings ABVS(Automated Breast Volume Scanning) in，so students can understand the breast ultrasound images and its clinical significance better and faster, improve the quality of standardized training of the trainees. |
