The standardized training of ultrasonic medical residents is a training process that requires the integration of clinical medicine and ultrasonic imaging. In this process, ultrasonic physicians, as instructors, need to complete clinical work and teaching tasks at the same time, while the trainees need to master the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of ultrasound. In the face of some common problems showed in this training procedure, such as the clinical workload of sonographeris is too huge to balance the teaching mission, the learning effect is not good enough，this paper combined the ultrasonic knowledge with the new technology of ultrasound and the actual condition of this training base, take the standardized training of breast ultrasound as the breakthrough point，come up with a set of flip class which brings ABVS(Automated Breast Volume Scanning) in，so students can understand the breast ultrasound images and its clinical significance better and faster, improve the quality of standardized training of the trainees.
