目的:应用Meta分析的方法分析实时超声弹性成像技术鉴别诊断颈部淋巴结良恶性的价值。资料与方法:计算机检索 PubMed、EMBASE、Cochrane、中国学术期刊网全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、万方、维普,检索语言为英文和中文,检索日期至2019年2月28日。收集公开发表的关于实时超声弹性成像鉴别诊断颈部淋巴结良恶性的文献,选取应用超声弹性评分为诊断标准的文献为纳入的文献,对所有纳入的文献进行异质性检验,并采用Cochrane协作网推荐的诊断精确性研究质量评估(QUADAS)量表进行质量评价。采用合并敏感性、合并特异度、阳性似然比、阴性似然比、诊断比值比以及通过计算汇总受试者工作特性曲线(SROC 曲线)的曲线下面积(AUC)来综合评价实时超声弹性成像对颈部淋巴结鉴别诊断的准确性。结果:最终纳入11篇文献,8篇中文文献,3篇英文文献。SROC曲线AUC为0.9061。结论:实时超声弹性成像对于颈部淋巴结良恶性的鉴别诊断具有较高的诊断效能。 |

【ed】:Purpose:Meta analysis was used to analyze the value of real-time ultrasonic elastography in differentiating benign and malignant cervical lymph nodes. Materials and Methods:Computer search pubmed,embase,cochrane, Wanfang,CNKI, Vip, CBM,the retrieval languages are English and Chinese,Search date to February 28, 2019.The published literatures on the differential diagnosis of cervical lymph node benign and malignant by real-time ultrasonic elastography were collected, and the literatures using ultrasonic elastic score as diagnostic criteria were selected as the included literature, and all the included literatures were examined for heterogeneity. The (quadas) scale was used to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy recommended by cochrane Collaborative Network.Combined sensitivity.Combined sensitivity, concomitant specificity, positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio were used.
