目的 通过超声检测肱动脉多普勒参数评估自体动静脉内瘘的功能。方法 将102例患者按血液透析期间泵血流量正常、泵血流量减少分为功能正常组、功能障碍组,采用多普勒超声测量肱动脉的血流量(BF)、阻力指数(RI)和搏动指数(PI),比较两者参数。结果 功能正常组和功能障碍组在肱动脉BF、RI、PI上有统计学差异,肱动脉BF、RI、PI预测结局的截断值分别为455ml/min、0.53和0.82,AUC分别为0.747,0.807和0.977,敏感性分别为55.56%,55.56%和86.11%,特异性分别为90.91%、93.94%和100.00%。结论 肱动脉BF、RI、PI等多普勒参数可为血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘功能提供有价值的信息。 |

The role of ultrasound in detecting brachial artery doppler parameters in the diagnosis of autohemodialysis arteriovenous fistula |

Abstract: |
[Abstract] Objective The function of autologous arteriovenous internal fistula was evaluated by ultrasonic doppler parameters of brachial artery.Method 102 patients were divided into functional group and functional disorder group according to the normal pump blood flow and decreased pump blood flow during hemodialysis. The blood flow (BF), resistance index (RI) and pulsatile index (PI) of brachial artery were measured by doppler ultrasound, and the parameters of the two groups were compared. Result Functional groups and dysfunction in the brachial artery flow, resistance index and pulsation index was statistically differences, brachial artery flow, resistance index and pulsation index to predict outcome the cutoff value of 455 ml/min, 0.53 and 0.82, AUC were 0.747, 0.807 and 0.977, the sensitivity was 55.56%, 55.56% and 86.11%, specificity of 90.91%, 93.94% and 100.00% respectively. Conclusion Doppler parameters such as brachial artery BF, RI, PI can provide valuable information for the function of autologous arteriovenous internal fistula in hemodialysis patients. |
