近年来,较多研究证实超声可介导肿瘤免疫治疗。高强度聚焦超声在破坏肿瘤的同时可导致机体在原位产生肿瘤碎片,该碎片可作为免疫系统的抗原,形成原位疫苗,诱导机体产生全身的免疫反应。以微泡为载体利用超声靶向微泡破坏技术介导免疫调节佐剂靶向传递到肿瘤细胞或免疫细胞,不仅可以增强机体的全身免疫应答,提高肿瘤免疫治疗的疗效,还可以减少免疫调节佐剂用量,减轻毒副作用。本文拟对超声介导肿瘤免疫治疗的研究进展进行综述,并讨论其应用潜力及面临的挑战。 |

Abstract: |
In recent years,many studies have proved that ultrasound can induce tumor immunotherapy.On the one hand,high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),while destroying tumors,can lead the organism to generate tumor fragments in situ.Tumor fragments can serve as antigens of the immune system,forming in situ vaccine and inducing the organism to produce a systematic immune response.With microbubble as the carrier,on the other hand,by using Ultrasound - targeted microbubble destruction ( UTMD) mediated immunity adjuvants targeted to tumor cells and immune cells,not only can enhance the body's immune response body,improve the curative effect of tumor immunotherapy,and can reduce the dosage of immunity adjuvants,reduce side effects.In this review,we describe the advances in ultrasound induced cancer immunotherapy and discuss the potential and possible obstacles in future development. |
