In recent years, many studies have proved that ultrasound can induce tumor immunotherapy. On the one hand,high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU),while destroying tumors, can lead the organism to generate tumor fragments in situ.Tumor fragments can serve as antigens of the immune system, forming in situ vaccine and inducing the organism to produce a systematic immune response. With microbubble as the carrier,on the other hand,by using Ultrasound - targeted microbubble destruction ( UTMD) mediated immunity adjuvants targeted to tumor cells and immune cells, not only can enhance the body's immune response body, improve the curative effect of tumor immunotherapy, and can reduce the dosage of immunity adjuvants, reduce side effects. In this review,we describe the advances in ultrasound induced cancer immunotherapy and discuss the potential and possible obstacles in future development.
