在欧洲,超声(ultrasound,US)是观察腮腺组织病变的首选影像学检查方法。高分辨率的常规超声虽然可以清晰的显示腮腺组织内局灶性病变,但是它鉴别腮腺内肿瘤实体与较广泛病变的诊断能力却较差。超声弹性成像技术是能够定量评估腮腺组织硬度变化的新兴技术,这几年来在腮腺组织中的应用逐渐增多,其产生的脉冲激励所选感兴趣区域(ROI)中的组织发生局部位移并以量化指标表示其机械特性。最近的研究表明,该技术可以评估腮腺不同疾病时的组织弹性变化。这篇综述文章强调了超声弹性成像在腮腺弥漫性和局灶性病变中的应用价值。 |

Progress in the application of shear wave elastography in diffuse and focal lesions of the parotid gland |

Abstract: |
In Europe, ultrasound (US) is the preferred imaging method for observing parotid lesions. Although high-resolution conventional ultrasound can clearly show focal lesions in the parotid gland, it is less effective in identifying the tumor mass and broader lesions in the parotid gland. Ultrasound elastography is an emerging technology that can quantitatively assess changes in parotid tissue stiffness. In recent years, the application of parotid tissue has increased, and the pulse generated by it stimulates the local displacement of the tissue in the selected region of interest (ROI) and quantifies it. The indicator indicates its mechanical properties. Recent studies have shown that this technique can assess changes in tissue elasticity in different diseases of the parotid gland. This review article highlights the value of ultrasound elastography in diffuse and focal lesions of the parotid gland. |
