[] 目的 探讨经阴囊超声对附睾异常所致的男性不育症的影像学特征。方法 对82例男性不育症经临床证实附睾异常患者(病例组)行经阴囊超声检查,其中附睾先天性病变7例,附睾获得性炎症125例,观察附睾声像图表现,以62例健康正常者为对照组。结果 82例患者中50例为双侧附睾异常,总共132条附睾头部、体部、尾部厚度与健康对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),132条附睾回声呈细网状改变有120条与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2= 212.193, P<0.01)。结论 附睾无论是先天性病变还是获得性炎症均有明显的声像图特征,经阴囊超声可为附睾异常所致的男性不育症提供可靠的影像学依据。 |

Imaging features of transscrotal ultrasound for male infertility due to epididymis abnormalities |

Abstract: |
Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of male infertility caused by abnormal epididymis by transscrotal ultrasound. Method 82 cases of male infertility with clinically confirmed abnormal epididymis (case group) were examined by scrotal ultrasound, including 7 cases of congenital epididymal lesions and 125 cases of epididymal acquired inflammation. Result Of the 82 patients, 50 were bilateral epididymis. A total of 132 epididymis were compared with the head, body, tail thickness and health control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), 132 epididymis with fine reticular changes of 120 compared with the health control group, the difference is statistically significant(χ2= 212.193, P<0.05). Conclusion Both congenital lesions and acquired inflammation of epididymis have obvious sonographic features, and transscrotal ultrasound can provide reliable imaging evidence for male infertility caused by epididymis. |
