爆炸性肺损伤是军事斗争、恐怖袭击和爆炸性安全事故等引起的主要损伤,其在世界范围内的发病率不断上升,目前尚缺乏快速有效的诊断措施。最近研究发现超声在肺损伤诊断中具有重要作用,1.B线计数:B线增减程度与肺损伤的严重程度呈正相关;2.肺内含气或含液管状结构,是诊断肺实变的重要特征;3.胸腔内无回声区,是诊断胸腔积液的重要特征。利用肺超声的特点,可以对爆炸所致肺损伤的严重程度进行快速、有效、早期评估。 |

Abstract: |
Explosive lung injury is the main injury caused by military struggle, terrorist attacks and explosive safety accidents. The incidence of explosive lung injury is increasing all over the world. At present, there is a lack of effective diagnostic measures. Recent studies have found that ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of lung injury. 1. B Line counting: the increase or decrease of B line is positively correlated with the severity of lung injury; 2. Gas or fluid-containing tubular structure is an important feature in the diagnosis of pulmonary consolidation; 3. Echo-free area in thoracic cavity is an important feature in the diagnosis of pleural effusion. Using the characteristics of pulmonary ultrasound, the severity of lung injury caused by explosion can be assessed quickly, effectively and early. |
