Abstract:Objective To systematically evaluate the safety and effectiveness ofendoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic pseudocyst puncture. Methods We collected endoscopic ultrasound-guided pancreatic pseudocysts by searching PubMed,Embase, Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CNKI database,China Biomedical Document Service System (CBM),Wanfang Resource Database, and VIP Journals database. The puncture and drainage study data is retrieved from the date of establishment of the database until the end of December 2017.Two qualified researchers follow the same criteria to independently screen the literature, evaluate the quality, and extract the data.If there is any dispute, discuss it together. If necessary,a third researcher arbitrates whether to include it,and uses Meta-Analyst software (version beta 3.13) software for statistical analysis of the data. Results Finally,22 articles were included, involving a total of 830 lesions. The statistical analysis showed that the technical success rate was 94.0%,95%CI was (0.920,0.956),and the treatment success rate was 86.2%,95%CI (0.824,0.893),the incidence of complications was 15.7%,95%CI was (0.121,0201), the recurrence rate was 8.5%,and 95%CI was (0062,0.116). Conclusion Endoscopic ultrasound guided puncture and drainage is safe and effective for the treatment of pancreatic pseudocysts.
