| 目的 通过对应变弹性成像培训效果的评价，分析其临床教学要点，为弹性成像的培训提供参考。方法 通过对18名住院医师和21名进修医师进行乳腺弹性成像技术培训，以主任医师结果为金标准，对比分析两组学员100个病例改良弹性成像评分的得分。结果 100个肿物中，良性61个，恶性39个。住院医师和进修医师的成绩相当，无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 良好的培训方法和教学内容，以及配备具有丰富弹性成像经验的带教老师可以让住院医师和进修医师熟练掌握弹性成像这一技术。 |

| Investigation of the standardized training on ultrasound elastography |

| Objective By evaluating the training of strain elastography, the key teaching points are analyzed, which can provide a reference for the training. Methods Eighteen residents and twenty-one refresher doctors were trained for ultrasound elastography. Scores of 100 cases were compared according to the results of chief physicians. Results Of the 100 breast lesions, 61 were benign and 39 were malignant. There was no significant difference between residents and refresher doctors (P＞0.05). Conclusions Good training methods, teaching contents, and teachers with rich experience in ultrasound elastography can enable residents and refresher doctors to master the elastography technology. |
