Abstract:The discipline training students of clinical specialty or of ultrasonic specialty have different academic background, knowledge structure, learning objectives, and training programs. The standardized ultrasound training and teaching methods of the two should be different. Based on the experience of our teaching and research section, we analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of discipline training students of clinical specialty, and proposes four recommendations, including “establish a quality classroom for discipline training students of clinical specialty,” “establish an Micro-class - flip ultrasound training classroom for discipline training students of clinical specialty ”, "apply the clinical typical case database based on PACS system to the teaching of clinical discipline training students", and "establish a clinical typical case library / ultrasound simulation patient teaching system" .With the aim of improving training mode for students of clinical specialty, providing students with comprehensive, focused and targeted ultrasound knowledge and skills training , thus improving the efficiency and quality of the discipline training.
