聚焦超声(FUS)是一种新兴的非侵入式治疗方法。在特定参数下,FUS可经颅骨对颅内组织进行热消融,也可联合微泡可逆地开放血脑屏障,提高药物疗效以治疗脑部疾病。2016年,美国食品与药品管理局批准了FUS用于原发性震颤的治疗。目前,FUS在治疗帕金森病、精神病、脑肿瘤、神经病理性疼痛等脑部疾病方面亦取得了一定研究进展。本文就FUS治疗脑部疾病的研究进展进行综述。 |

Research progress of cerebral diseases treatment via focused ultrasound |

Abstract: |
As a novel non-invasive treatment method, focused ultrasound (FUS) can be used to treat brain diseases via thermal ablation of intracranial tissues under specific parameters transcranially. Also, it can be combined with microbubbles to open the blood-brain barrier reversibly, enhancing the efficiency of drug treatment. The US Food and Drug Administration approved FUS ablation for the treatment of essential tremor in 2016. Researches with respect to treating brain diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and tumor via FUS have made some progress as well. This article reviews the research progress of cerebral diseases treatment with FUS. |
