Abstract:[Abstract] Objective To explore the correlation between marginal zone enhancement features and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and immunochemical indexes in the breast cancer. Methods 76 patients were collected from the Department of Ultrasound, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2016 to July 2019. A total of 76 breast cancer lesions were confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology, and no radiotherapy or chemotherapy before angiography. The edge enhancement characteristics and quantitative parameters of breast cancer were analyzed, and their correlations with ER, PR, HER-2 and Ki-67 were analyzed. Results The correlation between marginal enhancement features and immunohistochemical factors in breast cancers were analyzed, we found that Radial enhancement was correlated with ER and Ki67 expression. Perforator enhancement was correlated with Her-2 expression. The range enlargement after angiography was correlated with the expressions of ER, Her-2 and Ki67, edge enhancement was correlated with Ki67 expression. and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The PI, AUC and Grad were positively correlated with the positive expression of Ki-67.The TTP were negatively correlated with the positive expression of ER and PR,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The marginal zone contrast enhancement features and quantitative parameters of breast cancer have certain correlation with ER, PR, HER-2 and Ki-67, which can provide a reference for the selection of preoperative precise treatment methods for breast cancer patients.
