    摘要:

    经食管超声心动图是近年来迅速发展的一项超声诊断技术,但由于其半侵入性的检查方式,使得如何培训合格的经食管超声医师成为了超声医学教学中的难点。本文就如何规范化培训经食管超声医师,探讨了医师培训的具体内容和措施,从培训前、培训中和培训后分别进行了教学方法和模式的分析,比如通过采用新型教学手段增加学员动手机会和实践能力的方法,并总结了培训中管理工作的特色。提出从管理团队、配套机制和评价反馈体系等方面重点进行教学和培养,能够取得显著的教学效果。以期为未来构建规范化的经食管超声医师培训管理体系奠定基础和提供经验。

    Abstract:

    objective: Transesophageal echocardiography is a rapidly developing ultrasound diagnostic technique in recent years. However, because of its semi-invasive examination, how to train qualified transesophageal ultrasound physicians has become a difficult point in ultrasound medical teaching. This article discusses how to standardize the training of transesophageal ultrasound physicians, and discusses the specific contents and measures for the training of ultrasonic doctors in a hospital so as to lay a foundation and provide experience for the construction of a standardized training system for transesophageal ultrasound physicians in the future. Methods: The teaching methods and models were analyzed before, during and after the training. For example, the new teaching methods were used to increase the students" ability to move the probe to get images and their diagnose ability, and the characteristics of the management work in the training were summarized. Conclusion: It is proposed to focus on teaching and training from the aspects of management team, supporting mechanisms, and evaluation feedback system to achieve significant teaching results. Excellent teaching talents are the core of guarantee training. Rich and innovative teaching methods are the tools for teaching theories, and good management mechanisms are the basis for ensuring teaching activities.
