| 类风湿关节炎是临床常见的以关节滑膜炎症为主要表现的自身免疫性疾病，临床治疗依据疾病活动度制定相关治疗方案，疾病活动度是评估药物疗效和病程的重要指标，目前评估疾病活动度最常使用的是DAS28评分，由于该评分资料收集繁琐，计算过程较为复杂且需要等待血液学检测结果，在日常工作尤其是门诊工作中其应用受到极大的限制；近些年来，高频超声各项技术在类风湿关节炎的诊疗中发挥重要作用，本文就高频超声各项技术在类风湿关节炎疾病活动度方面的应用研究做一概述。 |

| Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)is a common autoimmune disorder characterized by polyarticular. Clinical treatment is based on the degree of disease activity In the meantime disease activity is an important index to evaluate the power of medicines and course of disease， At present， disease activity score 28（DAS28）is most commonly used to assess the disease activity，however， the score has a certain subjectivity and computing DAS28 is time-consuming， requires laboratory testing and an online calculator ，so it is not convenient for clinicians， especially clinic doctor. In recent years， the new techniques of high frequency ultrasound(HFUS) occupies vital position in diagnosis and treatment process of RA. This article review the new technique of HFUS diagnosis in RA disease activity. |
