In the standardized training of residents in ultrasound department, the training of clinical practice ability of the trainees is becoming more and more mature,. However, the cultivation of scientific research ability has been neglected. The training program of scientific research innovation ability can improve the teaching quality of standardized ultrasound training and the scientific research ability for residents , also be conducive to the development of residents’ career. Moreover, it is highly related to the innovation and promotion of ultrasound subject. Aiming to the problems of residents’ weakness in scientific research consciousness and ability in ultrasound discipline training, this paper explore approaches on improving the cultivation of residents’ scientific research ability so as to better promote the synchronous development of scientific research and ultrasound discipline training.
