The standardized training system for resident physicians is an important part and core content of medical students' post-graduation education, as well as an important measure to improve medical quality and protect public health. As one of the important medical imaging technologies, ultrasound medicine is widely used in clinical practice and plays an important role in disease diagnosis, treatment, efficacy evaluation and follow-up..The resident of ultrasound have the characteristics of high dependence on professional knowledges and operation skills,which requires solid basic knowledge of anatomy, pathology, physiology and a wide range of clinical knowledge. At the same time, they have the ability to perform a comprehensive ultrasound scan of the organs, quickly identify abnormal signs , and give diagnosis and differential diagnosis immediately . How to cultivate residents with six core competencies, the cultivation mode in each resident training base will affect the development of ultrasound industry radiated by their region.As a young teacher of standardized training for residents, under the guidance of the teaching director, this paper focuses on sharing the teacher training and core competency training of residents in our hospital, in order to promote communication , constantly improve teaching and training ability, and enhance the core competency of students.
