| 肠系膜静脉硬化性肠炎是一种非常罕见的缺血性肠炎。临床症状不具有特异性,通常表现为腹痛、腹胀、呕吐等肠梗阻症状,所以极易误诊。本文报道一例曾被多次误诊为肠梗阻的肠系膜静脉硬化性肠炎,探讨其临床及影像学检查特征。首次报道了其超声声像图特征及对本病的诊断、随访价值。 |

| Mesenteric phlebosclerosis(MP) is a rare form of ischemic colitis.
Patients with PC usually presented with non-specific symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and tarry stool.
We reports a case of MP who has been misdiagnosed as intestinal obstruction for a long time.The clinical manifestation and imaging characters of the disease were explored and the US features were firstly reported. |
