在心力衰竭、心脏瓣膜病和缺血性心脏病等疾病中,左心功能是制定诊疗方案、评价治疗效果及判断预后的重要指标。三维超声心动图(3DE)技术评价左心功能具有较高的准确性率和重复性,是评价左心功能的首选检查方法。传统的全容积多心动周期采集方式虽然分辨率高,但需要长时间的屏气,易出现拼接伪像;单心动周期图像采集方法虽然简单,但时间分辨率较低。这种半手动定量左心功能的3DE技术操作时耗时费力,阻碍了其在临床中的应用推广。随着超声技术的快速发展,以全自动化技术为基础的三维左心功能定量分析进一步促进了3DE技术在临床工作中的应用,本文就3DE自动定量左心功能的应用现状及研究进展作一综述。 |

Abstract: |
Left heart function is a crucial factor to determine cardiovascular therapies and evaluate the effect of treatment and judge the prognosis in conditions such as heart failure,valvular conditions and ischaemic heart disease .Among echocardiographic methods,three dimensional echocardiography(3DE) has been attributed as the preferred one for its assessment,given an increased accuracy and reproducibility . Full-volume multi-beat acquisitions are prone to stitching artefacts due to arrhythmias and require prolonged breath holds .Single-beat acquisitions exhibit a lower temporal resolution,but address the limitations of multi-beat acquisitions .The 3DE manual algorithm remains time-consuming and laborious,which hinders its implementation in routine practice .With the further development of ultrasound technology,the fully automated knowledge-based algorithms for left heart function quantification may further promote the widespread use of 3DE in clinical work. This paper reviews the application status and research progress of 3DE automated algorithms of left heart function. |
