Abstract Objectives Summarize the ultrasound features of aggressive fibromatosis (AF) to improve the diagnosis of the disease. Methods Clinical, ultrasound and pathological data of 31 patients confirmed by surgically and pathologically as AF in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and summarize its ultrasound characteristics. Results The 34 lesions in 31 cases included in this group were classified into extra-abdominal type(13 cases),abdominal wall type(8 cases) and the breast type(10 cases) according to the location of the mass. The ultrasound characteristics of extra-abdominal type and abdominal wall type are always expressed as expansive growth, oval, growing along the long axis of the muscle,Clear boundary, enhanced echo behind the lesions, rare calcification and liquefaction,Internal blood flow Alder II-III.The ultrasound characteristics of the breast type are always expressed as "claw" invasive growth,Irregular form,Unclear boundary, echo attenuation at the back of the lesions, rare calcification,Internal blood flow Alder II-III.Conclusions AF features certain characteristic ultrasound manifestations, and also provide preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis information for the clinic.
