Cardiac mass is a kind of diseases with low incidence but serious threat to patients' life. Their clinical manifestations are lack of specificity and the treatment and prognosis are totally different by their nature. Therefore, early detection and diagnosis of cardiac masses is very important for patients. Myocardial contrast echocardiography is a new technique developed in recent years, which can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the perfusion of cardiac masses and provide evidence for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. This paper reviews the value of myocardial contrast echocardiography in the diagnosis of cardiac masses.
