| 目的：探讨三维彩色多普勒超声在诊断脐带打结中的诊断价值。方法：回顾分析我院2例临床手术证实脐带打结病例，分析三维彩色多普勒超声影像资料，比较脐带打结与假性脐带打结的三维彩色多普勒特点。结果：维彩色多普勒超声在能明确诊断脐带打结，并能排除脐带假性打结。结论：三维彩色多普勒超声能对脐带打结问题做出客观诊断，为临床提供重要的影像数据。 |

| Objectives: three-dimensional color doppler was used to evaluate the true umbilical cord knot. Methods: study 2 case clinical diagnosis case, analysis three-dimensional color doppler images, compare the image characteristic between true umbilical cord knot and false umbilical cord knot. Results: Three dimensional color Doppler ultrasound can diagnose the cord knot and eliminate the false knot. Conclusion: three-dimensional color doppler will be provides an objective and accurate diagnosis of true umbilical cord knot for clinic. |
