左心耳( LAA)是左心房在胚胎发育过程中残留的肌性结构,具有特殊的组织结构、血流动力学等特点,其功能和解剖结构有较大的变异性,与房颤患者血栓形成、复发等关系密切。实时三维经食管超声心动图(RT-3D TEE)能够多角度显示LAA的立体解剖结构,并对LAA图像实施任意平面的切割,故能完整且较准确地评估LAA各项参数。本文就RT-3D TEE在评估LAA结构和功能中的研究进展作一综述。 |

The left atrial appendage (LAA) originated from the left atrial remnant in the embryonic period. It has unique tissue structure, physiological function and hemodynamic characteristics. Its morphology and structure have great variability and are closely related to thrombosis. Real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography can fully display the three-dimensional anatomical structure of LAA, and has the function of arbitrary plane cutting of LAA images, which can comprehensively evaluate the relationship between LAA parameters and cardiac cycle. This article reviews research progress of real-time three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography in evaluating structure and function of left atrial appendage. |
