| 目前肺部超声已应用于多种肺部疾病的临床诊断，尤其在肺间质综合征、气胸、肺实变、胸腔积液、肺栓塞等疾病诊断中有较高的敏感性及特异性。在多种影像学检查中，肺超声也因其便捷、无辐射、可在短时间内反复操作的特点应用于肺部疾病的监测及诊疗效果的实时评估。近年来肺部超声与心血管超声的联合应用使得疾病的诊断更加准确全面。对于急症及重症患者，床旁肺超声BLUE方案及FULLS方案可对多种常见危重症疾病进行快速排除及诊断，为抢救患者赢得了宝贵的时间。 |

| At present, lung ultrasound has been used in the clinical diagnosis of a variety of pulmonary diseases, especially in the diagnosis of interstitial syndrome, pneumothorax, pulmonary consolidation, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism and other diseases with high sensitivity and specificity. In a variety of imaging examinations, lung ultrasound is also applied to the monitoring of pulmonary diseases and the real-time evaluation of diagnosis and treatment effect because it is convenient and radiation-free and can be operated repeatedly in a short time. In recent years, the combined application of lung ultrasound and cardiovascular ultrasound makes the diagnosis of diseases more accurate and comprehensive. For acute and severe patients, bedside lung ultrasound BLUE scheme and FULL scheme can quickly exclude and diagnose a variety of common critical diseases, thus gaining valuable time for the rescue of patients. |
