Abstract:At present, lung ultrasound has been used in the clinical diagnosis of a variety of pulmonary diseases, especially in the diagnosis of interstitial syndrome, pneumothorax, pulmonary consolidation, pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism and other diseases with high sensitivity and specificity. In a variety of imaging examinations, lung ultrasound is also applied to the monitoring of pulmonary diseases and the real-time evaluation of diagnosis and treatment effect because it is convenient and radiation-free and can be operated repeatedly in a short time. In recent years, the combined application of lung ultrasound and cardiovascular ultrasound makes the diagnosis of diseases more accurate and comprehensive. For acute and severe patients, bedside lung ultrasound BLUE scheme and FULL scheme can quickly exclude and diagnose a variety of common critical diseases, thus gaining valuable time for the rescue of patients.
