| 床旁超声检查能及时了解新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的病情进展，为临床诊疗提供依据。但超声医生需与患者密切接触，病毒暴露风险高。如何安全的在隔离病房内开展床旁超声诊疗工作，成为关注的重点。本文统计分析我院光谷院区新冠肺炎隔离病房床旁超声诊治概况、总结操作流程及防护经验，以期为制定规范的隔离病房床旁超声实施策略提供参考。 |

| Bedside ultrasound can timely estimate the progress of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients’ condition, and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. But ultrasound doctors need to be in close contact with patients, the risk of virus exposure is high. How to safely carry out bedside ultrasound diagnosis and treatment in the isolation ward has become the focus of attention. This paper made a statistical analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of bedside ultrasound in COVID-19 isolation ward in Guanggu district of our hospital, summarized the operation process and protection experience, in order to provide reference for the formulation of standardized bedside ultrasound implementation strategy in isolation ward. |
