Abstract:Absrtact:Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of testicular seminoma and lymphoma. Methods 80 cases of testicular tumor were selected, including 50 cases of testicular seminoma and 30 cases of testicular lymphoma. The paramerers among groups were compared by ?2 test. The diagnositic model was established and Logistic regression analysis was conducted. Results There were statistical significance in the shape, boundary, internal echo, non echo area and rear echo (all P < 0.05). The regression model was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the model were 96.7%, 83% and 70.1%, respectively. The area under ROC curve of logistic regression model is 0.884. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasound has high clinical value in the differential diagnosis of testicular seminoma and testicular lymphoma.
