世界上大约20%的人口经历着长期的“慢性”疼痛。疼痛不仅影响患者的生活质量,甚至威胁生命。大量的研究表明,疼痛的发生与体内不同部位的离子通道(如钠、钾、钙通道)开闭密切相关;而超声波可以作用于体外单独的细胞离子通道,又可以作用于体内局部组织的离子通道,使其开闭。基于目前超声的神经调控研究越来越多,未来超声无创精准治疗疼痛的方向大有前景,因此本文将针对目前研究较多的钾离子通道作为治疗神经性疼痛的超声靶点机制及研究现状进行综述如下。 |

Abstract: |
About 20 percent of the world’s population experiences “chronic”pain.Pain not only affects the patient''s quality of life,but even threatens life.A large number of studies have shown that the occurrence of pain is closely related to the opening and closing of ion channels (such as sodium,potassium and calcium channels)in different parts of the body.Ultrasonic wave can not only act on the ion channel of the cell alone in vitro,but also can act on the ion channel of local tissue in vivo,make its open or close.Based on the increasing researches on nerve regulation of ultrasound,the future direction of non-invasive and precise ultrasonic treatment of pain is promising. Therefore, this paper summarizes the mechanism and research status of potassium ion channel as the ultrasonic target for the treatment of neuropathic pain. |
