影像学方法在骨骼肌功能评估、疾病诊断及疗效评价中占有重要地位。超声剪切波弹性成像作为一种经济、无创、精确定量的影像学方法,可以评估健康及疾病状态下的骨骼肌生物力学特征,为疾病诊断提供有效参考。本文就剪切波弹性成像的基本原理、骨骼肌力学特征评估应用、局限性及进展进行综述。 |

ABSTRACT: Imaging methods play an important role in skeletal muscle function assessment, disease diagnosis and therapeutic effect. Ultrasound shear wave elastography can help assessing the mechanical properties of skeletal muscle in health or disease status and providing an effective reference for diagnosis. In this paper, the basic principle, clinical application in skeletal muscle mechanical properties, limitations and application progress of shear wave elastography are reviewed. |
