With the widespread use of anti-tumor drugs in the treatment of breast cancer, the cardiotoxicity caused by the treatment is also increasing. Conventional echocardiography is not as sensitive and accurate as the speckle tracking imaging in the diagnosis and prediction of early malignant tumor treatment-related heart damage. This article reviews the research progress of speckle tracking imaging in evaluating the cardiotoxicity of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
