The advanced computer technology of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography made it possible for people to observe the cardiac structure and function stereoscopically.It makes significant progress in early diagnosis, therapeutic evaluation and prognosis monitoring of cardiovascular diseases.This article reviews the application of RT-3DE in the evaluation of cardiac morphology and function in patients with coronary heart disease.
