目的进一步探索高频超声对神经脂肪瘤病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理确诊的8例神经脂肪纤维瘤的高频超声特征性表现。结果 神经脂肪纤维瘤表现为病变神经区域明显增粗,呈膨胀性生长,其中6例可及内部粗细不等低回声神经束被无包膜高回声脂肪包绕,横切面呈“藕片状”改变,纵切面呈“蛇纹状”改变;2例为高回声结节样病灶,无特异性声像图表现;CDFI为0-2级血流信号。结论 神经脂肪纤维瘤的声像图表现具有高度特征性,超声可作为本病首选的诊断技术。 |

Abstract: |
Objective to explore the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in fibrolipomatous hamartoma. Methods eight cases of fibrolipomatous hamartoma diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results the fibrolipomatous hamartoma was characterized by obvious thickening of the affected nerve region and expansive growth. In 6 cases, the hypoechoic nerve bundles with unequal thickness were surrounded by high echoic fat without capsule, The transverse section is “Lotus root slices”shaped, and the longitudinal section is“serpentine”shaped. Two patients had hyperechoic nodular lesions without obvious sonogram features. CDFI is the blood flow signal of level 0-2. Conclusion the sonogram of neurofatty fibroma is highly characteristic, and ultrasound can be used as the first diagnostic technique. |
