Abstract:Objective To explore the ultrasonographic manifestations and pathology of Juvenile xanthogranuloma, and improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasonography for Juvenile xanthogranuloma. Methods Analysis the clinical manifestations, ultrasonographic features and pathological findings of 20 patients with Juvenile xanthogranuloma confirmed by pathological examination. Results It is predominantly a disease of infancy with age of onset within 1 year old . The lesions are mainly found in the head and face , High-frequency Doppler ultrasound image show well -defined , homgeneous, low echo, with little blood supply in the cutis/subcutis. . Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound can be widely used in the follow-up and diagnosis of Juvenile xanthogranuloma.
