| 跟腱是人体最粗大的肌腱，在下肢运动起着重要作用。跟腱疾病包括跟腱断裂、跟腱病。随着超声新技术的不断开展，肌肉骨骼超声在跟腱中广泛应用，为跟腱疾病的诊断、治疗及随访提供重要参考信息。本文就常规超声以及超声弹性成像、介入超声、超微血管成像、超声造影、三维成像等技术在跟腱疾病中的应用进展进行综述。 |

| Achilles tendon is the largest tendon in the human body, which plays an important role in lower limb movements. Achilles tendon diseases include Achilles tendon rupture and Achilles tendinopathy.
