[Abstract]Objective To explore the application value of diaphragm mobility measured by ultrasound in neonatal pneumonia Methods 84 cases of neonates in our hospital from August 2018 to January 2019 were selected, divided into jaundice group (32 cases), pneumonia group (28 cases) and severe pneumonia group (24 cases). Measured and recorded their Bilateral diaphragm mobility. Carried out the measurement data. Results There was no difference in bilateral diaphragm mobility between the three groups. There was no difference in diaphragm mobility between male and female, jaundice group and pneumonia group. The diaphragm mobility in severe pneumonia group was higher than that in the other two groups. Conclusion Ultrasound measurement of diaphragm mobility is helpful in judging neonatal severe pneumonia.
